What can you expect from the group? Feedback on meals and regular eating, support to challenge feared foods and food rules, peer sharing and connection, processing and guidance from professional facilitators (i.e., an eating disorder counsellor and/or eating disorder trained dietician, etc.)., skills such as emotion regulation skills, urge surfing skills, or mindful eating skills, as well as any of the insights and benefits that regular, individual counselling often provides.
