ABOUT OUR SKYPE-BASED, 8-HOUR BEGINNER, PRIVATE CLASSES

Learn the skill of mindfulness meditation - online, from wherever you are. Kernel of Wisdom's Skype-based, private classes teach you how to meditate effectively while helping you use the practice to suit your own personal self-development needs and goals. Through a focus on finding and nurturing a relationship with yourself through mindfulness, Kernel of Wisdom classes promote enhanced self-discovery, self-compassion, and self-acceptance. Private classes are fully customized to meet your needs and according to your goals. However, in general, this program will teach you to feel into your body, shift your perspective, let go of what no longer serves you, forgive, and begin to explore your feelings and inner self. 

Lessons are supplemented with at-home work that includes regular meditation, journalling exercises and activities that get you off the cushion and out into the world, exploring new ways of being. 

COURSE STRUCTURE - 8x 1-hour classes taken at least one week apart (allowing time for practice and integration between sessions).

INCLUDED IN THE COURSE:

  • Kernel of Wisdom's meditation guide filled with tips, tools, and meditations to support your practice
  • 25+ free guided meditations (in audio format) from Kernel of Wisdom, so you can meditate anywhere
  • 7-day a week meditative coaching and support between classes

Additional top-up Skype classes can be added as regularly as desired in order to continue to receive mentorship, to help sort through any new blocks or challenges that arise, and to deepen and advance your practices and tools even further.
