Private Mindfulness Coaching Package - In Person



Live in the Toronto or Muskoka areas? I offer live classes teaching the skill of mindfulness meditation to beginners or those who want to adapt their practice for increased self-discovery and self-fulfillment. Learn a variety of mindfulness meditation techniques and how to use or apply them to a slew of real-life situations. While this course focuses on mindfulness-based practices, participants increase in confidence, self-awareness, and self-compassion by finding and nurturing a strong, loving relationship with themselves through the practice. Private classes are also customized to suit your personal goals and needs to outcomes can be tailored to you. That said, in general, this program will teach you to feel into your body, shift your perspective, let go of what no longer serves you, forgive, and begin to explore your feelings and inner self. 

Lessons are supplemented with at-home work that includes regular meditation, journalling exercises and activities that get you off the cushion and out into the world, exploring new ways of being. 

With live classes, we also have the opportunity to try applying mindfulness practices in more unique spaces and settings in order to open up new thinking or practice some of the new mindful habits we are building - in action.

COURSE STRUCTURE - 8x 1-hour classes taken at least one week apart (allowing time for practice and integration between sessions).


  • Kernel of Wisdom's meditation guide filled with tips, tools, and meditations to support your practice.
  • 25+ free guided meditations (in audio format) from Kernel of Wisdom, so you can meditate anywhere.
  • 7-day a week meditative coaching and support between classes.
  • Most food, tickets or tools that are incorporated as a regular part of the program.


  • Establish a meditation-habit and know how to meditate confidently.
  • Discover your inner voice.
  • Learn how to listen to the voice within.
  • Heal your relationship with yourself.
  • Discover your personal bliss and take the steps to begin investing in quality time with yourself, doing the things you've come to learn that you love.
  • Find enough self-love and self-compassion to take better care of yourself and reach your goals.

By the end of the eight weeks, you should have all you need to start you on the path of self-love and self-enhancement. With these tools in hand you will only continue to flourish. Additional top-up classes can be added as regularly as desired in order to continue to receive mentorship, to help sort through any new blocks or challenges that arise, and to deepen and advance your practices and tools even further.
