National Eating Disorder Information Centre (NEDIC)
NEDIC is a client centered organization with a mission to support healthy communities by promoting healthy lifestyles, including both healthy eating and appropriate, enjoyable exercise, and encouraging media literacy. Being client-centred means that our staff try to give people information and guidance about every option so that our clients can make informed choices for themselves.
heena’s Place offers hope and support to individuals, families and friends affected by eating disorders by providing a wide range of professionally facilitated support groups and services. They are committed to inspiring hope, reducing stigma, raising awareness and offering meaningful help and information at all stages of recovery.
National Initiative for Eating Disorders (NIED)
NIED aims to increase awareness and education of the chronic situation facing Eating Disorder sufferers and their families in Canada.
Toronto Distress Line

Gerstein Crisis Centre
Gerstein Crisis Centre is a 24-hour community based crisis service for adults 16+ in the City of Toronto, who are dealing with a serious mental health issue, concurrent or substance use issue and are currently in crisis.
Kernel of Wisdom YouTube Channel
The Kernel of Wisdom YouTube Channel has hundreds of free mindfulness videos to help clients and practitioners in their regular, at-home practice. That includes over 50 free, guided meditations; videos with mindfulness tips and tricks; and videos with instructions for self-help exercises for a variety of life challenges.
